Responsibilities include establishing a structured classroom environment, tracking student progress, and participating in professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain a structured classroom environment
• Foster a positive classroom culture
• Deliver instruction using Direct Instruction and the Core Knowledge curriculum
• Plan, document, and reflect on daily lessons
• Track and report on student progress
• Participate in professional development sessions
• Attend and contribute to grade-level meetings
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Implement accommodations and modifications in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
• Prepare and complete progress reports and report cards
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences
• Attend key school events
