School Nurse

Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of our students.

Requirements

• Assess and evaluate students presenting with illness or injury
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns, including coordinating early dismissals when necessary
• Promote student health through education on hygiene, illness prevention, and general wellness practices
• Review and maintain compliance with immunization and vaccination records
• Respond to and coordinate care during medical emergencies
• Develop and support school-wide health and wellness initiatives
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date student health records
