Requirements

• Higher education in Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Organizational Psychology, or similar fields
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supervision or coordination roles in hospitality, cruises, F&B, or Front Office
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment and team management
