Job Description
We're recruiting an experienced professional to occupy the position of Hotel Director on our team, with a focus on Food & Beverage and Front Office, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2 years in Hotel Management roles in 4 and 5-star establishments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong knowledge of management, user-friendly IT systems, international hotel standards, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) norms
- Experience in stock management, cost control, and budget management
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and preferably in French and/or German
- Ability to manage by objectives and work under pressure
