We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and lead a small, senior team on a live product, a European automotive marketplace with over 30 million monthly users.
Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering and architecture
- 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Docker
- Strong backend proficiency in any listed backend stack
- Experience with in any listed frontend stack
- Practical, day-to-day experience using AI coding agents
- Deep understanding of Model Context Protocols (MCP)
- Proven track record leading small, autonomous engineering teams
- Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment
- Upper-intermediate English or above
