N-iX is a global software development service company looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team. The role combines project-level engineering leadership with broader company responsibilities within the N-iX CTO Group.
Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering and architecture
- 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Docker
- Strong backend proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex)
- Deep understanding of Model Context Protocols (MCP)
- Proven track record leading small, autonomous engineering teams
- Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment
- Upper-intermediate English or above
