Requirements
- Min 5+ years of experience in a client-facing sales or engagement role within the IT outsourcing or nearshore software development industry
- Proven experience leading presales teams and coordinating cross-functional internal stakeholders as part of the deal process
- Excellent analytical skills — able to quickly assess client needs, identify the right solution framing, and adapt sales strategy accordingly
- Solid project and risk management skills to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder presales engagements
