We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team on a six month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across all HR functions, be first point of contact for general advice on HR policies and procedures, and ensure accurate and timely processing of HR data.
Requirements
- Offer first line guidance on HR policies and basic employment legislation
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
- Process life cycle events such as starters, leavers and change of circumstances
- Manage the HR team mailbox, answering queries or escalating where needed in a prompt manner
- Work with managers and cross functional teams to coordinate new starter inductions and deliver the new starter HR induction
- Support recruitment administration tasks such as coordinating interviews, sending offer letters, and tracking candidate progress.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis as required
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and confidentiality in handling HR information.
- Undertake employee benefit administration
- Support with HR projects and initiatives as required
