Associate Counsel

Nabis is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its growing legal team to support the company's commercial, regulatory, and operational legal needs. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, navigating cannabis compliance, and advising internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (California preferred)
• 2–5 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts and regulatory matters
• Experience in cannabis, alcohol & beverage, agriculture, logistics, or another regulated industry is a strong plus
