We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, growth, and acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. This individual will play a key role in optimizing EveryWatch's marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related area of study.
- 2 + years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within an e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven platform.
- Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
