The Administrative Assistant at Canyon Peak Power supports the efficient operation of a peaking, simple-cycle power plant by providing administrative, accounting, and coordination support to plant operations and the Plant Manager.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the plant and Plant Manager
• Maintain plant data systems and records related to fuel deliveries, usage, invoices, and receipts
• Administer electronic and hard copy filing systems for vendor accounts, contracts, insurance certificates, purchase orders, accounts payable files, operational records, and project documentation
