The Environmental Compliance Manager will lead and coordinate comprehensive environmental programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and site-specific permits, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in environmental sciences, compliance, engineering, or related field or equivalent technical training knowledge and experience desired
- Certification as Level 5 or OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER desired
- Relevant industry or military experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Strong knowledge of regulations for air, water, hazardous materials, and waste management
- Expertise in at least one specialized area
- Proven experience with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliance
- Familiarity with safety statutes, regulations, and standards such as OSHA, ANSI, DOT, NFPA, and NEC
Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $128,100 to $155,000
- Eligibility for an annual performance bonus
