Environmental Compliance Manager

Environmental Compliance Manager at New Athens Generating and Selkirk Cogeneration Station will lead and coordinate comprehensive environmental programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and site-specific permits, and regulations.

Requirements

• Coordinate, oversee, and implement daily environmental programs, policies, and procedures
• Perform Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) activities
• Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual CEMS reports
• Manage stormwater runoff programs
• Provide support to the Owner in interfacing with NYSDEC and other applicable local environmental regulators
• Maintain various facets of the Company’s Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Management
• Responsible for overseeing, administering, and coordinating all NERC accountabilities for plant Operators and Owners
