The Senior Field Engineer is responsible for performing power plant technical support and performance improvement engagements, providing project management oversight for assigned projects, and outage management and oversight.

Requirements

• Provide outage planning, management, and oversight for assigned projects.
• Analyze plant and fleet O&M performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead complex client engagements and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and conduct technical analysis of operational performance, maintenance and diagnostic data.
• Oversee improvement initiatives such as reliability centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
• Provide management and oversight for plant projects as requested.
