Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – IT Contract Law & Compliance

As Legal Counsel at Nagarro, you will provide targeted internal legal advice to colleagues in the business and decision-makers on challenging IT projects at the interface between law and technology. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as monitoring current and future regulatory requirements in the IT sector and developing compliance measures.

Requirements

• Higher legal education (completed law degree)
• Relevant experience in a similar position in IT companies
• In-depth knowledge of contract and IT law, and data protection law
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the field of IT (data protection, cyber security, AI regulation)
• Experience in compliance management
• Good communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Teams, Sharepoint)
