Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our global legal team, working on IT projects and providing internal legal advice to colleagues. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring regulatory requirements, and developing compliance measures.
Requirements
- Higher legal education (completed law degree)
- Relevant experience in a similar position in IT companies
- In-depth knowledge of contract and IT law and data protection law
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in IT (data protection, cyber security, AI regulation)
- Experience in compliance management
- Good communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Will to travel occasionally within Germany and internationally
