Job Description
NAI Burns Scalo is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for commercial properties within a 20-minute drive. The role requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Tenant Relations (tenant communications, service requests, welcome packets, COIs, move-ins/outs, parking leases, building access, amenities, signage, supplies)
- Lease Administration (lease agreements, renewals, compliance)
- Budgeting & Financial Planning (annual budgets, financial performance monitoring)
- Rent Collection & A/R (following up on delinquencies)
- Compliance & Risk Management (local laws, zoning, safety regulations)
- Maintenance Oversight (approval of maintenance, work orders)
- Emergency Response (property-related emergencies, insurance claims)
- Property Inspections (walk-throughs using Yardi)
- Work Order Management (log review, prioritization, task assignment)
- Reporting (operational and occupancy reports)
