Job Description
NALA is building Payments for the Next Billion. We're hiring a Growth Manager to own the execution of our consumer growth targets in East Africa. Your primary mission is to bring NALA to new users by personally driving campaigns across both our established and new growth channels.
Requirements
- Experience driving user acquisition or market expansion in high-velocity environments (e.g., top-tier consumer tech, fintech, or scaling startups)
- Proven, hands-on 'doer' with experience executing multi-channel campaigns (both online and offline) to meet specific targets
- Experience working closely and effectively with diaspora communities
- Strong understanding of growth funnels and metrics, especially CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Collaboration with a P&L Lead and other central teams
