Vendor Onboarding Analyst

NALA is building Payments for the Next Billion. We are a fintech company that operates two core products: NALA, a consumer app for cross-border payments, and RAFIKI, a B2B payments infrastructure. We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Analyst to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for vendors, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant onboarding. The role involves managing vendor documentation, communication, compliance, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate has experience in onboarding, operations, compliance, or administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, operations, compliance, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
• Experience handling structured processes and high-volume workflows
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively
