Director of Growth - Trading

Nansen is seeking a Director of Growth - Trading to drive trading revenue and lead a team of Growth Leads. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in growth, GTM, or affiliate management with revenue outcomes, and 2+ years of experience managing affiliates or KOLs in crypto. They must have a deep understanding of the crypto native space and be able to build and lead a team.
