Job Description
The Manager, Graduate Admissions role is part of the Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The position drives postgraduate admissions, communicates with prospective students and faculty members, and leads a team to ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognized University
- Minimum 8 years of working experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory and related work experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools such as Power BI
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes
