Manager, Student Management System (SMS)

The Student Management Systems (SMS) team manages the IT platforms that enable the student life cycle from admission to graduation. The team is leading the rollout of NTU’s Next-Generation Student Management System, a modernised platform designed to enhance the student experience and respond to evolving academic and administrative needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT Business Analyst/Project Manager roles
• Knowledge of student management systems or student administration processes
• Demonstrated competencies in system and process documentation
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels
• Strong business acumen with excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work well both individually and in a team under pressure
