Senior Assistant Manager, Dean's Office Operations

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a proactive and adaptable Senior Assistant Manager, Dean's Office Operations to join a dynamic environment at the centre of the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CoHASS). The role involves enabling the Dean's agenda, managing the Dean's calendar, and supporting governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in administration, executive support, project/program coordination, or strategy and operations roles
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions
• Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Proficient in leveraging digital tools, including Microsoft Office applications
