The Senior Executive will support the Associate Dean (Research)’s office and NTU’s Climate and Weather Research Alliance Singapore (CAWRAS) Node Lead with grant management and research administration tasks.
Requirements
- Degree with around 3 years of relevant working experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in task execution
- Fast learner who is comfortable navigating and using IT systems
- Quick-thinking, resilient, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
