Customer Engineer

Narvar is hiring a Customer Engineer - Shopify SME who will lead the technical implementation for customers using Shopify, ensuring Narvar's tracking, returns, and communications modules are set up and working with the Shopify backend. The role involves migration lead, app & ecosystem management, custom solution development, advanced troubleshooting, internal subject matter expert, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical implementation or integration engineering
• Postman/API specialist: Proficiency with api's and json as well as tools like postman
• Web Tech: Strong foundations in JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), and webhooks
• E-commerce: Familiarity with the 'order lifecycle'—NetSuite, Brightpearl, Manhattan, or similar OMS/ERP platforms is highly preferred
