Job Description
The Ticket Operations Coordinator position will provide assistance to the Ticket Sales Department for Nashville SC, with primary responsibilities including event creation and financial reporting, customer service, and driving season ticket sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience
- Ticket Operations background
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, team orientation and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to operate Archtics Ticketing System & Salesforce CRM
- High level of demonstrated professionalism and integrity
- Ability to problem solve
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic, team oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the department and Club in a fast paced environment
