Job Description
The Ticket Office Representative is a part-time, event-day position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting fans with ticket purchases and inquiries at GEODIS Park.
Requirements
- Process ticket sales through Ticketmaster and assist guests with ticket purchases and ticketing issues.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service throughout all interactions.
- Address general inquiries related to seating options, pricing, stadium policies, and event information.
- Accurately complete credit card and cash transactions in accordance with Club procedures.
- Reconcile and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Support Box Office leadership with additional duties as assigned.
