Director Business Development - Early Cancer Detection

Director of Business Development to join Natera Early Cancer Detection team and help expand partnerships, drive clinical trials, and enable clinical launch. The role requires a natural leader with strategic vision, inspiring energy, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development experience in biopharma, diagnostics, or life sciences
• Strong scientific and commercial understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy or related field required; PhD in relevant field is a strong plus
