Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician at National Church Residences responsible for facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. Conducts general maintenance, performs preventative maintenance, and maintains records. Assists with landscaping, cleaning, and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years maintenance experience
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures
• Good mechanical and problem solving abilities
• Well organized and able to work well independently
• Good communication, interpersonal skills
