Job Description

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required
- Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus
