MDS Coordinator is responsible for completing MDS and admission assessments, quarterly and significant change updates, annual reviews, CAAs, and electronic submission for all residents in the center. The position requires a graduate of an accredited school (LPN preferred) or vocational school of practical nursing with current Ohio nursing license in good standing. The candidate should have exceptional written, verbal, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as training in restorative techniques and practical application.
