Director of Nursing (RN)

Westgate Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with the mission. The Director of Nursing will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care, lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare.

Requirements

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
• Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience in a senior nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
