Software Engineering Manager responsible for helping team members identify, establish, and grow their skills and capabilities, driving the shape of the organization's engineering culture, and promoting best practices to advance technical maturity in service of meeting business objectives.

• Help coach and develop team members identify, establish, and grow their skills and capabilities
• Collaborate with engineers, and architects in progressing from the current state toward the desired future technical state
