Job Description
The Technical Agent will support the Processing Downstream team in our Centre for Human Health Therapeutics (TSH) Research Centre. The successful candidate will share our core values of integrity, excellence, respect, and creativity.
Requirements
- Technical skills
- Knowledge of protein biochemistry and principles of protein purification and virus purification.
- Knowledge of various units of operation in downstream processing.
- Knowledge of chromatography methods used for protein and virus purification.
- Ability to program and operate Ă„KTA chromatography equipment.
- Knowledge of the development process of medicines and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ability to develop, modify, and follow Operational Standard Procedures (OSPs) with precision.
- Ability to document experiences accurately and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
