Technical Officer, Cell Culture Scale-Up

We are looking for a Technical Officer, Cell Culture Scale-Up to support our Human Health Therapeutics Research Centre. The successful candidate will play an important role interacting with different R&D teams and functions towards the development of mammalian expression systems and bioprocesses for the large-scale production of biologics including recombinant proteins, viral vectors and viruses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biochemical/chemical engineering, molecular or cellular biology, microbiology engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in bioprocess development and scale-up with expression systems for the production of recombinant proteins and/or viral vectors and /or viruses for vaccine development.
• Experience working in aseptic conditions, preferably with mammalian cells.
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in analytical techniques applied to quantification and characterization of recombinant proteins and/or viral vectors.
