We're looking for a Cook / Chef to join our amazing team. At the National Trust we take pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients in our food and we like to keep things local. We use local suppliers for many of our ingredients and even grow our own produce on many of our sites.
Requirements
- Prepare a variety of tasty dishes from scratch, from our famous scones and cakes to our hot, hearty one pots
- Use our National Trust's Cookbook framework to prepare dishes for our core menus
- Create dishes for the 'Spirit of Place' menu to celebrate the history of our magnificent building
- Be compliant with all relevant legislation around food hygiene and COSHH
- Be a team player and ensure good standards are maintained
