We are seeking an Environmental Manager / Environmental Practive Manager to lead our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will have knowledge of key aspects of environmental practice and be able to commission and respond to research and analysis. Requirements

• Knowledge of key aspects of environmental practice in food operations
• Good understanding of the latest innovations in environmental practice
• Ability to commission and respond to external/internal research, intelligence and analysis
• Understanding of the challenges of management of multi-site food & beverage operations
