The Food and Beverage Manager / Operational Development Manager role is a key position that protects the reputation and ensures the smooth running of food and beverage operations across 300+ cafes and tearooms at over 200 National Trust places. This role has a major impact on how we operate, with a focus on food safety standards, waste reduction, and energy consumption.
Requirements
- Strong background in managing multi-site operations, preferably in the not-for-profit or charitable sector
- Extensive knowledge of the UK food and beverage market, managing multi site f&b companies and large teams
- Good financial awareness, demonstrable understanding and competency in budgeting, forecasting, margin mix and management and delivery against KPIs
