Job Description
The Associate Dean of Nursing will provide strategic academic leadership and foster innovation in nursing education across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. The role will support innovation in nursing education, promote academic excellence, and ensure programs' compliance with accreditation and state standards.
Requirements
- Terminal degree in primary discipline taught or related discipline
- Master's degree in nursing
- Unincumbered registered nursing license
- Experience leading CCNE accreditation process
- 5+ years of experience supervising professional faculty and/or staff
- 8+ years of experience full-time teaching in higher education
- 10+ years of management experience preferred
- Experience with state and/or national nursing accreditation processes
- Experience in using online instructional delivery systems
- Expertise in curriculum development and teaching
