The Leave of Absence & Accommodation Business Partner (LOAA BP) supports the centralized leave and accommodation program, serving as a key escalation point for complex cases and a trusted partner to business leaders and People Business Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Rehabilitation Services, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- 8+ years of progressive experience supporting insourced and/or cosourced leave of absence, ADA accommodations, and integrated disability programs in a mid- to large-sized organization.
- Experience supporting the onboarding, implementation, or optimization of a leave and accommodation platform within an insourced or hybrid model.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and accommodation laws, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA, and state paid leave programs.
