The Lead Case Manager at La Jornada is responsible for coordinating case management for minors in the assigned program, training new case managers, and supervising the work of other case managers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, or comparable behavioral science field, from an accredited institution, or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
- Valid professional license as required and acceptable by state or contract regulations.
- 21 years of age, a valid state driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and a good driving record.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, internet search, people management programs, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
