Job Description
The Recovery Support Specialist works to increase access to Social Security disability benefits for eligible individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a serious mental illness, medical impairment, and/or co-occurring substance use disorder as part of an intensive team-based service.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field or CRSS certification
- Certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CADC)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
