Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of bindery or print finishing experience
• Experience operating bindery/finishing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to perform precision work with strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Strong communication skills
