Bindery Operator

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate II and support our bindery and finishing operations. You'll perform bindery and finishing tasks, operate bindery equipment, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of bindery or print finishing experience
• Experience operating bindery/finishing equipment (cutters, folders, laminators, mounting equipment, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience in a fast-paced print or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to perform precision work with strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
