Requirements
- Accurately transfer client and consumer faxed information to computer system
- Payment processing - physical payments and electronic payment processing
- Documentation of bankruptcies into computer system to include client notification requirements and closes.
- Daily entry of client and consumer mail correspondence
- Manual data entry of new business accounts
- Mail returns and process recalled accounts
- Operate computer application system for generating reports and updating information
- Copy scan, fax and file multiple documents
- Meet deadlines on a consistent basis
- Distribute and process incoming mail
- Review, process and stamp all outgoing mail
- Requesting, processing and mailing of outgoing documentation
