Sr Trial Attorney (Insurance Defense)

Nationwide's Legal team is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to deliver top-quality legal services to support the mission of a Fortune 100 insurance company. The role involves representing clients under commercial and personal lines insurance policies, independently as lead counsel, and as part of a larger team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, over eight years of relevant civil litigation experience, and significant litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license in the state in which the position is located
• More than eight years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation
• Significant litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation
