Sr Trial Attorney (Insurance Defense)

We're looking for a Sr Trial Attorney to join our team at Nationwide, a Fortune 100 insurance company. As a Senior Trial Attorney, you'll represent clients under both commercial and personal lines insurance policies, independently as lead counsel, or as part of a larger team. You'll be responsible for handling complex legal practices and procedures throughout all courts and agencies in the assigned jurisdiction, and will be expected to maintain a highly productive case volume. We offer a hybrid work opportunity in the Greater NYC and Tri-State Region, and require a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, with more than eight years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Maintains an active license in the state in which the position is located
• More than eight years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation
