Accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc., NATIVE HEALTH offers a wide range of programs including WIC, HIV services, workshops, and home visiting, making it a vital resource in its community.

Licensed Associate Behavioral Health Counselor - Bilingual in Spanish
Master's degree, AZBBHE licensure, 3 years of experience in mental health and/or substance abuse
Certified Medical Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent, Certified Medical Assistant certification, and 2 years of experience in patient care
WIC Supervisor/Registered Dietitian
Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics, 2 years of supervisory experience, and registered dietitian license
Independent Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor - Bilingual in Spanish
Must have a Master's degree, active AZBBHE licensure, and bilingual skills in Spanish
Behavioral Health Assessment Specialist
Two years of experience in behavioral health or social services related fields, Master's degree preferred, knowledge of DSM-V-TR diagnostic criteria, and ability to work with diverse populations
Certified Peer Substance Abuse Support Specialist
HS Diploma or GED, Certification through AHCCCS-approved training program, Personal history as a consumer of target services, Stable recovery, Valid AZ driver's license
Family Nurse Practitioner
3+ years of experience in family practice or comparable setting, current BLS certification, and current board certification in family medicine
Family Practice Physician
Completion of an accredited medical school, three years of experience in an outpatient family practice or comparable setting, and current certifications in family practice, BLS, and ACLS
Pediatrician
Board certification in Pediatrics, 3 years of experience in an outpatient Pediatric practice or comparable setting, and current BLS certification
Independent Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor
Master's degree, AZBBHE licensure, and 3-5 years of experience in mental health/substance abuse with diverse populations
