Job Description
The Behavioral Health Coordinator is responsible for developing and administering a multi-disciplinary mental health and substance abuse care team at NATIVE HEALTH's service location. The position coordinates services, provides direct care, and maintains a balance of clinical and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program or related disciplines
- Active and unrestricted AZBBHE licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Three years of specialized experience in mental health and/or substance abuse with diverse populations
- Two years of prior supervisory experience related to behavioral health
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
