Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, the Human Resources Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll, HRIS administration, reporting, and compensation programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct HR Operations experience, with a focus on HRIS, payroll, and compensation
- Demonstrated experience supporting payroll, HRIS, and compensation programs within a complex organization
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively troubleshoot issues
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex inquiries with persistence and sound judgment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to responsiveness and accuracy
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with UKG (UltiPro) strongly preferred
